We are a small retail operation and our inventory quantities do not automatically update to our website. We must manually update quantities and sometimes there is a delay. We apologize and try to offer alternative items or let you know when the product will be available. However, if you are not happy with the alternatives or quantities on hand – your money will be promptly refunded – NO questions asked.

What is a ‘Hot Weather Alert’? Back to Top

We ship from the desert southwest and certain items are extremely sensitive to the heat, for example, chocolate, taffy, and gummy candies. While we make every effort to ship your items timely delays of these items may happen between May and September. During hot weather months we only ship heat sensitive items on Monday and Tuesday with an ice pack. You will be notified within 1 business day of any delays.

Yes – there is a $5 per order charge for shipping heat sensitive items during the months of May through September. Please select the Ice Pack option on just one of the heat sensitive items purchased – this is a ONE-TIME charge for the entire order not for each product.

What is a ‘Breakage Alert’?  Back to Top

While we make every effort to protect your products during shipping some candies may not travel well. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on these products.

Do you charge sales tax?  Back to Top

Yes on orders shipped to any address in New Mexico. Sales tax will be calculated on products and shipping charges at checkout.

We are sorry but at this time we can only ship to one address from our website. Feel free to contact us if you need to ship to multiple address and we will try to accommodate your needs.

Shipping charges are a flat rate of $6.99 for orders under $49 and FREE shipping for order $49 and over.

We do not currently offer express shipping through our website. However, feel free to contact us if you need your order by a certain day and we will try to accommodate your needs.

When should I expect my order to arrive?  Back to Top

We select the best shipping option between USPS and FedEx. Our goal is to ship order within 2 business days after receiving the order. Orders with candies usually have 2-4 days in transit; while orders without candies may take up to 10 days in transit. Your order may be split into multiple shipments. Please review your shipping confirmation email. Delivery dates may not accurate as we cannot guarantee the shipping process once the order leaves our store.

My product was damaged during shipping – what do I do?  Back to Top

If you can, be sure to document the damage with the shipping company upon delivery. Contact us immediately and forward photos of the damage. We insure all shipments and we will either file a claim or assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company.

What is your return/exchange policy?  Back to Top

There is a strict no return policy on candy and food items for health and safety reasons. Please review the FAQ’s on ‘Hot Weather Alert’ and ‘Breakage Alert’ products.

All other products have a 30 day return/exchange period. There is a 15% restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for shipping the product back. When returning a product please purchase insurance to cover any damage that might occur during shipping. The restocking and return shipping fees do not apply to return/exchange for defective items or items shipped in error.
